Shawn's 1st day of soccer

Shawn started soccer today. He really enjoyed trying to make a goal.

William enjoyed the grass while waiting for soccer practice to be over.

Recently a squirrel nibbled a hole in our screened in porch and from time to time a squirrel goes trough the hole and runs around the porch. Today it happened and William loved watching it run around.

Pumpkin waffles

I Changed the waffles recipe from Alton Brown a little and got some wonderful Pumpkin waffles. I just didn't put in the Orange zest and added a whole can of pumpkin instead of sweet potatoes.

Shawn even loved to eat them! So So good!

Spinach Artichoke Calzones

I made these yummy Spinach Artichoke Calzones that I found on my friend Emily's blog http://kamandemveg.blogspot.com . This is the filing. So supper good!

I made my own whole wheat pizza dough, so yummy! I found the recipe at Robbie's Recipe Collection I doubled the recipe so that I would have 16 calzones.
Here is my little helper putting the egg white wash on the calzones before they went into the oven.
Here they are all done and Yummy!
I put William in his High Chair while I was making the calzones and I guess it was taking me too long to make them.
